Bar / Restaurant Manager Wanted

Popa's Kitchen and Bar in anderby Creek Skegness are looking for a manager. 

Could this be you ? 

 

Living accomadation can be provided for extra cost (Static Caravan) Please ask for details. 

 

Job start date 4th March until the end of October. 

 

Min 35 hours a week pre season and over 50 hours a week during season .

 

Pay is to be discussed. Above minimum wage plus target bonus.

 

Must have experience in similar roll and references available . 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar and venue operations.

• Lead and support staff, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Oversee event setup/close-down.

• Handle stock control, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.

• Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.

• Stock ordering 

• Day to day cleaning. 

• Filling out our daily accounts 

What We’re Looking For

• Significant bar industry experience & strong team leadership skills.

• Experience with stock control and working to financial targets.

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• Personal License ( Not Essential).

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Able to host quiz nights or other activities.
